Abstract
The main types of machines used for tunneling works in the construction of the Leningrad Metro, destroying rock by cutting: tunneling machine KT1-5,6 with a rotary actuator, machine AMSH with a screw actuator and tunneling boom with a crown actuator (types GPC, PK-ER, 4PU).
