Environmental and social factors of rational use of subsoil involves the implementation of a number of measures to preserve natural resources for future generations; to ensure safety conditions in mining operations and the use of scientific and technological progress to facilitate the work of miners; to maintain a favorable to public health ecologically safe natural environmen.
