Abstract

The radical restructuring of the economic mechanism, which is taking place in the country, covers the sphere of science, which is an integral part of the integral economic system. The introduction of self-financing in scientific organizations has contributed to the increase of material interest of developers in the performance of additional volumes of work, strengthening their ties with production, reducing the time of creation and development of new technology, increasing the number of implemented developments.
