This article provides an analysis of the electrical equipment diagram of the skip hoist as designed by Yuzhshakhtoproekt (see Fig. 3), as applied to the conditions of the Donbass coal mines. The diagram under consideration assumes operation of the hoist from one level. During operation of the hoisting machine, the oil lubrication of the main bearings should function properly.
