In mineral processing in a number of cases significant changes in the technological process occur due to the mutual influence of separated minerals. For example, in the practice of enrichment plants processing rich polymetallic sulfide ores (Zolotushinskaya, Belousovskaya, Berezovskaya, etc.), periodically reduced flotation activity of galena.
Zinc technology attracts the attention of researchers of polymetallic ore processing. With the use of zinc, positive results have been obtained for the enrichment of lead-zinc ores. However, sometimes experimenters fail to synthesize the reagent correctly, with all the consequences that follow. In order to avoid such cases, additional information on the synthesis and use of zinc is advisable.
For over 40 years, cyanide technology has been used in the practice of beneficiation of polymetallic ores by flotation. However, this technology often causes significant difficulties due to its lack of perfection, which, to some extent, hinders the progress of domestic industry in the field of non-ferrous metallurgy. The present paper is devoted to the issue of development and research of a new, more effective technology.
