Influence of engine damping properties on dynamics of mechanical part of combine harvester

Article preview

In article influence of smoothing of loading on a drive of a combine by increase in sliding of the asynchronous engine at dynamic properties of transmission is shown. The increase dempherated reduces factor of electromechanical communication, however this reduction slightly and does not lead to appreciable increase in dynamic forces in transmission.

Reproduction on electromechanical models of two-mass electromechanical systems with elastic links and backlashes

Article preview

The issues of creating load devices for test benches and electrodynamic models are covered in the literature in sufficient detail. Most simply the load device of a test bench can be made on the basis of a DC machine with independent excitation, controlled by a power thyristor converter ...

Methodology of adjustment of electric drives control systems with the help of analog simulator

Article preview

Adjustment of DC drives with subordinate control is usually performed in two stages. In the first stage, the converter units are adjusted: thyristor converters (TC) or DC generators and their exciters ...

Algebraic method for synthesising control systems for electric drives with subordinate regulation under elastic mechanical connections

Article preview

The generation of accelerations and dynamic torques in electric drives with subordinate control leads to elastic deformations in transmission elements significantly affecting the motion law of the output (actuating) shaft. Therefore, in-depth study of the dynamics of electromechanical systems incorporating elastic connections receives particular attention. The dynamics of such electric drives are investigated using logarithmic frequency characteristics, based on which the feedback (FB) coefficients and transfer functions of corrective elements are determined to optimise transient processes. ...

On the improvement of unregulated electric drives for mining combines

Article preview

There is no consensus on the optimal dynamic parameters of electric motors used to drive coal and tunnelling combines. It is known that the operating mode graphs of these machines are characterised by extreme irregularity and obey only probabilistic laws. ...

Wide-range generator for research of high-frequency parameters of mine power networks

Article preview

Complex mechanization and automation of production processes in underground workings is associated with the transmission of control and monitoring signals from control points to mechanisms and back. Sealing power networks with telemechanical signals significantly reduces the number of control cores in power or control cables or completely eliminates them, which is especially important in underground workings. One method of transmitting telemechanical signals is the densification of power networks with high frequency currents. In order to determine the optimal for signal transmission high-frequency parameters of networks, it is necessary to study these networks in a wide enough frequency range ...

Electromagnetic sliding clutch in an automated mine hoisting system

Article preview

Electromagnetic sliding clutches (EMC) are widely used in various drives: mechanisms with fan load torque (electric drives of smoke pumps at power plants), propeller shafts of ships. In ship propeller shaft drives, EMCs are particularly widespread and their power outputs reach several thousand horsepower. Recently, EMCs have been used for other types of electric drives; excavators, drilling machines, metal-cutting machines, etc.
