In the article, the main directions of the 2000 research in the field of creating electrical complexes for mining oil gas industries are considered. They are: the application of non-contact regulated power drive with control algorithms for mining machines and mechanisms; ensuring higher productivity and energy saving development of electrical technologies and special technical means for mining operations development of automated electrical complexes and systems based on the introduction of microprocessor technology; design, development and implementation of computer technology and automated control of energy consumption and adaptation of new types of electrical equipment, ensuring increased reliability and efficiency of electrical complexes; development and implementation of the concept and algorithms of usage management in oil production complexes; development of automatic control system of multifunctional resonant angle transducers with motion of different frequency and amplitude; application of methods of direct electrotechnology, based on electromechanical transfer of electric field energy in the rock proper to obtain technological effect development of electrical complexes of automatic and automated systems, which can be designed and developed as autonomous systems of different purposes.
For machine harmonic analysis of periodic functions on the EC computer is designed standard FORIT subroutine in the Fortran language.
Multi-motor drives according to the scheme TP-D with a common current loop with series connection of motor armatures are widely used in turning mechanisms of excavators, overhead cranes, etc.
The program "DISPAS" is developed in the Moscow Aviation Institute and allows to form a program of calculation on the computer on structural schemes of the investigated objects.
The current regulator in the loop with differential correction realizes the regulation of the loop current and self-adjustment of the circuit.
Development and introduction of thyristor excitation for electric drives of excavators on G-D system is an important task, the solution of which in our country, unfortunately, unacceptably delayed.
Currently, two types of electromechanical test benches are widespread: load benches for testing electric motors and mechanical equipment under loading conditions that are as close as possible to the actual load; reproducing test benches for testing of actual control systems and regulators coupled with an electromechanical model that reproduces with a high degree of approximation the parameters and characteristics of the actual power electromechanical, hydro-mechanical or other system ...
The series connection of two AC sources of the same frequency will regulate the magnitude and phase of the voltage supplying the induction motor ...
Power thyristor inverter control unit BUI must provide control of the frequency and phase of the output voltage of the autonomous inverter thyristor frequency converter THR using two input three-phase voltage systems. For this purpose, at the output of the unit, must be formed long pulses of control of the inverter thyristors, necessary for a stable and reliable start of the drive ...
The main directions of development of the national economy of the USSR in 1976-1980, as approved by the XXV Congress of the CPSU, envisage a broad scope of work aimed at improving efficiency and quality. …
The development of the excavator drive using a thyristor converter - motor (TC-M) system was carried out jointly by researchers from VNIIElectromash and the Leningrad Mining Institute named after Plekhanov. The design and manufacture of the power section of the thyristor converters were undertaken by the Tallinn Electrotechnical Plant named after Kalinin. The reconstruction of the EKG-4.6 excavator, involving the replacement of the generator - motor system with the thyristor converter - motor system, was performed by the Apatit Combine. ...
Vector control of AC machines differs from conventional frequency drive control systems in that the mutual position of generalised electromagnetic quantity vectors is taken into account when generating control signals (the voltage vector). The rationale for such consideration becomes apparent upon analysing the expressions for electromagnetic torque. ...
The increase in labour productivity in mines and the improvement of miners' working conditions have led to the widespread implementation of mining complexes with coal-cutting machines. To ensure high operational efficiency under various conditions, coal-cutting machines must incorporate regulation of both feed and cutting speeds. ...
Reduction of control power, characteristic for modern systems with static converters, has opened wide possibilities for realization of optimum control laws and increase of productivity and economy of excavators. ...
