Underground radiotelemetric system for measuring the stress state of the rock massif

Article preview

A number of mines and mines have a service for monitoring the seismic condition of the mine field. Seismographs continuously record seismic signals from different areas of the mine or mine, characterizing the stress state of the rock mass.

About convection-diffusion dynamic model of apatite flotation process**On a convection-diffusion dynamic model of the apatite flotation process**

Article preview

In the works of a number of researchers it has been shown that a satisfactory mathematical description of once-through flotation machines cannot be obtained without taking into account the effect of longitudinal mixing of the pulp, which is equivalent to turbulent diffusion and leads to an equation of the form.An exact description of convective mixing requires a specific mathematical apparatus. However, its absence makes it possible to raise the question of whether the diffusion equation can be used for these purposes, but on the condition that the diffusion coefficient is selected so that the mixing effect of the equivalent diffusion proves equal to the mixing effect of convection and diffusion acting jointly.

Modeling of the apatite flotation process based on a convection-diffusion mathematical model

Article preview

The task of fully automating the flotation process of apatite-nepheline ores proves to be very complex for a whole number of reasons. The study of the dynamics of the flotation process in a linear approximation can in principle be carried out by analytical methods using matrices of transfer functions.

On efficiency criteria for automation of the flotation process

Article preview

The economic performance of the enterprise and a significant part of the current constraints, of course, are not absolute and depend on the tasks solved by the national economy as a whole. Their influence is manifested, first of all, through the pricing system, a given plan of conditions of financing, sales of products and material and technical supply. ...

About one method of automatic control of flotation mode

Article preview

The use of local systems of automatic control of the flotation process will be effective only with scientifically substantiated schemes and principles developed for a particular technological mode and equipment. In-depth study of the influence of various factors on the technological characteristics of the process is absolutely necessary. It is desirable to have a sufficient number of easily controllable factors that have a comprehensive impact on the technological performance of the process. Such factors include reagentconsumption rates, the amount of pulp entering the flotation, the level of pulp in the chambers of flotation machines, the pH of the pulp and its temperature.
