Aspects of practical application of antiturbulent additive for diesel fuel transportation by main pipelines are studied. Experimental data on pilot and industrial transportation of diesel fuel with Nekadd-447 anti-turbulent additive are analyzed.
The article deals with the issues of strength calculations of main oil pipelines, strength characteristics of defective pipe sections, pipe wall defects and their geometry. An automated program for calculating the load-bearing capacity of a trunk oil-product pipeline with the construction of a load-bearing capacity diagram of a section with a line of hydraulic gradient, which determines the maximum allowable working pressure at the outlet of an oil pumping station according to strength indicators, is developed.
