Development of a new manufacturing technology for powdered EVB

A new powdered ammonium nitrate explosive Powdered Emulsified Explosive is presented. It possesses the unique structure of oxidizer phase-in-oil, which makes it has the remarkable advantages of both Emulsion Explosive and powdered explosive. In this paper, the formulation and the preparation technology of the explosive are expounded, the property characteristics of the explosive is analyzed. It have wide prospects of application.

Mobile emulsion preparation plant MEF

BCJ series mixing and charging machine for emulsion explosives with sensitization in boreholes

Local charging machine of emulsion explosives, design features and composition of BCJ series mixing and charging machine for EBVs are considered. A critical analysis of the design and the possibility of its application is given. This series of mixing and charging machine (MCM) meets the requirements of different explosive technologies and is very promising.
