In this work the mechanism of overgrowth dumps overburden breeds in climatic conditions of northern regions is considered. Conditions influencing formation of «pioneer» vegetable communities in territories broken by open mining operations are analyzed.

The questions of reclamation of debris dumps, which are the source of the negative impact on the environment, are considered in this article. The expediency of mine technical reclamation stage without drop off operation is analyzed and also foreign and Russian experience of this method practical realization is reviewed.

The given work is devoted research of influence of sailings of dead rock on from atmospheric air for area and to an establishment of actual parameters of the given influence. The card of dispersion of an inorganic dust from external sailings, are defined in values of concentration of an inorganic dust in atmospheric air.

It is noted overburden dump which are forming on open-pit mining of mineral deposits, are powerful sources of environment impact, including the population living in areas on which dust pollution extends. Procedure of zonation of the territory surrounding overburden dump on size of technogenic risk is developed. As an example, the assessment of distribution of technogenic risk for conditions of overburden dump of Olenegorsky combine is carried out.

The work is devoted to the study of physicochemical parameters of urban sewage sludge and establishment of technical principles of utilization of industrial volumes of urban sewage sludge.
