About the necessity of accounting of geodinamically active fractures zones in cadastral valuation оf settlement earths

In the article engineering-geological factors that is used now in cadastral estimation of the settlements earths are analized. The influence exerted by the zone of geodynamically active fractures on communications and real estate is investigated. The conclusion is drawn about the necessity of account of the given factor at a cadastral estimation of the settlements earths.

Division into districts of municipal union by complex of an accomplishment objects

Now in municipal unions accomplishment questions are solving  inefficiently,  therefore there is a necessity for application of GIS, which will give the chance to distribute rationally financial assets on maintenance of an accomplishment objects condition. In article experience of division into districts of municipal union by condition of an accomplishment objects is considered. Clustering is used as a way of  complex  estimation  of accomplishment objects condition. By results of clustering thematic map of division into districts is created. The analysis of re ceived results is carried out.
