The paper presents an algorithm for determining the rational life of the vehicle through relationship quality indicators of the car and cost efficiency. As an integrated indicator of the car is considered a technical factor of use and operating costs determine the efficiency of its use. Methods of operational cost analysis includes a number of features and allows you to achieve comparability of results of the determination run efficient operation of motor vehicles in the process of planning, adjusting and specificity for the analysis of vehicles and organization of control actions in the lifecycle of a vehicle during its operation.
The paper presents an algorithm for fast distribution of automobiles according demand as-signment allowing automatically perform complex operations of vehicles planning. In the algo-rithm we use new operators: the time tracking operator in the software environment and the comparison of such operators as «time demand» and «vehicle occupation status». The algorithm provides accurate calculations in comparison with the existing approach. The operations automation of vehicles rapid distribution allows to provide a predetermined amount of traffic with minimal capital investment in rolling stock and transportation cost as well as to reduce transportation planning labor expenditures of the dispatching department and accel-erate the process of planning and fleet management.
The article describes the method of calculation of technical and operational performance of the rolling stock for the company (a transport company or a forwarding company), who needs to plan the work of cars for long-distance or international routes in a limited period of time, that is, when the customer clearly defines the time to complete the application for the delivery of the goods.
