We would like to thank each of you for your contribution to the development of the journal, active participation and support!
In 2022 we have achieved a lot and want to share our successes:
- Received Q1 in Scopus and are ready to hold the bar.
- We are included in the “white list” of journals, equated to the 1st category of the Higher Attestation Commission of Russian Federation.
- Now we publish articles when they are ready (Online first).
- We have prepared three thematic issues: Geological Structure and Mineral Resources of Russia (Vol. 255), Integrated and Deep Processing of Mineral Resources of Natural and Man-Made Origin: Status and Prospects (Vol. 256 ), Modern Trends in the Development of Hydrocarbon Resources (Vol. 255).
- New Russian and foreign reviewers have joined our journal, and we continue to expand the base of experts.
- For reviewers, the ability to view all reviews after submitting their own has been added to their personal account on the site. This will help you take a fresh look at the article and the reviewing process as a whole.
- We updated and supplemented the Guidelines for Authors, made new templates, and optimized cover letters to guide participants through the process at each stage of working with an article.
- Changed the procedure for checking the list of citations.
- We are attentive to your feedback.
Next year we plan to:
- Issue of two thematic volumes - Environmental security and Sustainable Development (Vol. 259), Energy efficiency in the mineral Resource Complex (Vol. 261).
- Publish a volume dedicated to the 250th anniversary of St. Petersburg Mining University.
- Expand the readership and strengthen ties with domestic and foreign colleagues, improve the quality of articles and improve the website.
