Text Design Regulations for Publication in the Journal of Mining Institute
Articles sent to the editorial board must be in line with the scope of the Journal of Mining Institute, contain original scientific results (at least 85% of originality) and be formatted according to the journal rules. Articles must have no more than three authors with academic degrees. It is also necessary to specify the contribution of each author to the study. Articles should have no more than three authors with an academic degree. The co-authors of the article may be postgraduate students. In the cover letter, it is necessary to indicate the contribution of each author to the work on the article. The authors are people who have made a significant contribution to the research and/or writing of the article. People who helped in the work, but did not make a significant contribution, can be indicated in the "Acknowledgements" of the article.
Simultaneously the editors can review up to two articles by the same author/group of authors, which in case of acceptance will be published with an interval of three or more volumes.
The article’s authors must adhere to publishing ethics and are responsible for the absence of plagiarism (improper citations) and falsification of research results in their manuscript; they also ensure research authenticity and result reproducibility according to the methods described in the article. The authors guarantee that the article materials have not been submitted for publication in other journals (neither in Russian nor in English).
In addition to the article, the authors must attach an expert's evaluation (permission) from an affiliated organization, which confirms that the material may be published in an open access journal.
An agreement with the authors is concluded after a positive decision about publication of their article (the template is provided by the editorial board).
