Improving the technology of open-cast mining using surface miners and spreaders

The article is devoted to the issues of improving the efficiency of open-cast mining of solid minerals. Surface miners are effective and promising mining equipment that brought a large number of innovative technological solutions to the mining industry. The flow sheet of mining an overburden bench of high altitude with boom surface miners and the improved spreader is presented. Application of technical and technological improvements will significantly increase the productivity of mining equipment, reduce the cost of doing stripping operations and improve the profitability of the mining industry in the development of deposits of solid minerals, semi-indurated rocks.

Use of coefficient of output at pit delimitation

In work it is settled an invoice the final depth of a pit of the conditional complex occurrence presented by three minerals. It is shown that when developing complex occurrence it is more expedient to use coefficient of output, instead of overburden ratio.

Opencast mining in the Kuzbass is carried out using gidromehanizatsionnyh technologies that are the most progressive and effective ways to excavate in arrays composed of Neogene-Quaternary deposits. In addition, hydromechanization a single indissoluble chain processes that integrate development, transportation and stacking of disturbed rocks in special facilities – gidrootvaly. Basic technological processes hydromechanization include: the destruction of rock massifs hydro, dredges and non-pressure streams of water pressure or free-flow hydraulic transport; gidrootvaloobrazovanie.
