Abstract
Over two decades, the methodology of studying objects in the subsurface has changed radically: a transition to modern digital technology of accumulation, processing and interpretation of geological information has taken place. Application of three-dimensional computer models in analysis of structure and other characteristics of formation and ore bodies is spreading. Digital models enable comprehensive visualization of hidden objects, provide a clear description of very complex deposits. Pre-project modeling makes it much easier to choose the best options for exploration and development of deposits.
