Abstract

This work is the basis for further research on the topic. The result of the work are recommendations for carrying out works with the use of a mountain compass. All studies were carried out on a layout assembled specifically for this purpose. The purpose of the work is to establish the relationship between the angle of dip of the formation and the accuracy of determining the azimuth of dip.
