The purpose of this analysis is a determination prospect of «Gazprom» corporation’s strategy of active influence in the Saint-Petersburg’s market of heat-and-power engineering. In this analysis considerate general problems of energy-saving technology’s effective action in housing and communal services sphere. Also in this article fix the price of execution efficiency energysaving technology actions to heat supply system of Saint-Petersburg wards.
