Abstract

In the area of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region there are thousands of hazardous sites for processing, transporting and storing natural gas, but despite the high environmental risk of man-made object, no methods for complex quantitative evaluation of their impact on the environment and choice on the basis of these methods are environmentally sound and economically effective environment protection measures.
