Abstract

The Great October Socialist Revolution marked the advent of the era of liberation of oppressed peoples. In the middle of the 20th century, a powerful wave of national liberation revolutions arose and the former colonial countries won political independence. Thus began the process of their nation-building , the objective basis of which is the development of an independent national economy.
