Abstract
Among the numerous problems arising for researchers of the geological structure of the southwestern Prionezhye region are questions about the presence and nature of tectonic disturbances in the field of development of the Iotian deposits of the Upper Proterozoic. The researcher's approach to the study of stratigraphy and tectonics of the Precambrian and prospects of mineral prospecting depends on the solution of these questions.
