Abstract

Recently, in the mining industry has become widespread reinforced concrete rod fasteners. Unlike metal wedge and spacer bars, reinforced concrete bars are characterized by a strong contact with the rock along the entire length of the borehole, which provides greater reliability and stability of the excavation contour. In addition, reinforced concrete rods work better in the zone of influence of mass explosions, which explains their distribution mainly in the ore industry.
