Abstract

Continuous growth of territories and population of large and major cities puts forward more and more complex tasks for urban planners. Among them are particularly acute the following: strict economy of scarce urban land; sharp improvement of urban transport; increasing the safety of urban traffic; ensuring the reconstruction of historically established areas and city centers, preservation of cultural monuments and all the supporting capital development and natural environment.
