Geoelectric characterization of the section of southwestern Karelia

Abstract
As a result of magnetotelluric (MT) studies, previously performed by LMI in the eastern part of the Baltic Shield was established a predominant connection of MT-field anomalies with deep fault zones and Proterozoic structures, in the structure of which take part graphitized shale.
