Abstract
The practice of construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of coal mines shows that in most cases the normative terms of construction and reconstruction are not kept, exceeding, as a rule, the normative terms in 1.5-2.5 times, and the estimated cost of construction significantly increases.
