The question of monopoly of the first kind in the mining industry and differential mining income is debatable in Soviet economic science, and the prices of different types of minerals are based on different economic principles.
In the period of the large-scale construction of communism on the basis of technical progress and growth in the productivity of social labor creates an objective possibility of reducing working time and, consequently, increasing the free time of workers. At the same time, the tasks of further progress in production, education of a comprehensively developed person, transition to public self-government make the increase of free time objectively necessary. This determines the urgency of the problem of free time.
The Soviet people have entered the period of full-scale construction of communism. During this period, they are to accomplish many great transformations in production, in social life, and in man himself. Among these transformations, one of the most interesting and remarkable in its consequences is the change in the relationship between people of mental and physical labor.
