Therefore, only such minerals are subject to extraction, which by their material content must meet certain requirements of the consumer. These requirements to the quality of the product are fixed in normative documents - state standards (GOSTs) or technical specifications (TS).
The new procedure of depreciation accrual for some types of fixed assets of mining enterprises, based on the principle of reimbursement of their cost in proportion to the amount of worked reserves, in the development of which these fixed assets take part, complicates the control over the cost of coal on the element of depreciation.The analysis is complicated by the fact that the amount of depreciation in the cost of production is accrued at the planned rate on the actual volume of production, while during the reporting period changes in the value of fixed assets and the value of reserves, which determine the amount of depreciation.
The economic significance of the indicator of labor intensity as an indicator of the cost of living labor. In the economic literature and in practice, labor intensity is understood as labor costs per unit of output at one, several or all stages of production of a given enterprise. Thus, labor intensity characterizes the amount of expenditure of living labor.
The most developed form of planning the production and economic activities of industrial enterprises is the technical, industrial and financial plan, the most important distinguishing feature of which is technical and economic justification, close coordination of elements of technology and economics and the presence of a plan of organizational and technical measures (orgtechplan). Organizational and technical measures are understood to be those measures that are aimed at fulfilling and overfulfilling state plans with the best technical and economic indicators or at improving production conditions and which are carried out by improving technology, technology and organization of production. The orgtechplan is an important means of mobilizing and using internal production reserves. Consideration of some ways and methods for eliminating the shortcomings in planning organizational and technical measures at a number of mines and open pits is the subject of this article.
