In selecting the terminological vocabulary it is necessary to pay attention to qualitative principles, namely the hierarchy system principle and the semantic principle.

The main goal of teaching a foreign language is the formation of capability to recognize stimuli and valuable concepts of a representative of another linguistic and cultural community and to keep his/her own national and cultural identity.
