This year, the Forum-Exhibition is held under the motto “Uniting Leaders for the Benefit of Russia.” The co-organizers of the project are the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (Minpromtorg of Russia), and the Government of St. Petersburg, with ExpoForum-International acting as the operator.
In 2026, the Forum-Exhibition will feature 150 events: thematic sessions, presentations, roundtables, and expositions covering key areas of industrial complex development.
The official program will include an opening ceremony, a tour of the exhibition stands by official delegations, and a plenary session. For the first time, a meeting of the Coordination Council for Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation will be held jointly with the Federal Council of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP). The meeting will be chaired by Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Anton Alikhanov and RSPP President Alexander Shokhin, with representatives from all regions of the country participating.
The project's business program will bring together conferences, seminars, and business breakfasts, including events organized by the Government of St. Petersburg, RSPP committees and commissions, industry associations, and regional delegations, as well as international events focused on export and import development. The thematic tracks include: "Technological Leadership," "Cross-Industry Cooperation," "Human Resources Potential," "St. Petersburg – the Industrial Capital," and "International Cooperation and Export."
A joint industrial breakfast hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Committee on Industrial Policy, Innovation and Trade of St. Petersburg is also planned. The program will feature a Business Contact Exchange, a Business Contact Center, a Procurement and Competitive Negotiation Center, and a Subcontracting and Outsourcing Exchange. A series of partnership agreement signing ceremonies are also scheduled.
The Forum-Exhibition exposition will span 14,000 square meters and showcase the industrial potential and achievements of Russia's leading enterprises. The exhibition program features the following areas: "Industry and Entrepreneurship" with an exposition by the RSPP (Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs); "Achievements of Industry and Related Sectors" with an exposition by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, regional industrial development funds, companies, and enterprises; the corporate exhibition "Gazprom – Territory of Technological Leadership," supported by PJSC Gazprom; "Associations and Unions for Industrial Development" with their collective expositions; "Industry of St. Petersburg" with an exposition by companies, enterprises, and the Government of St. Petersburg; and the "Industrial Map of Russia and the World" with expositions from Russian regions, a collective exposition from the Republic of Belarus, and friendly countries.
The exhibition program will feature 300 participating companies, with a total of 16 regional collective expositions planned.
As part of the industrial tourism program, excursions to enterprises in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region will be organized. Representatives from Russian regions and other countries will take part in presentations and negotiations.
The cultural program will include evening receptions and visits to the city's theaters and museums.
As part of the competition program, award ceremonies will be held for the winners of thematic and specialized competitions.
A key part of the "Russian Industrialist" Forum-Exhibition will be the partnership events and projects. The program includes the BRICS+ Business Forum, the Forum of the Association of All-Terrain Vehicle Manufacturers, the RSBI Congress "Protection of civilian objects from unmanned aerial system strikes and commercial operation of UAS," and the Forum of the Association of Exporters and Importers.
Concurrently, events of the Committee on Science and Higher Education will take place: the St. Petersburg International Scientific and Educational Salon and the Congress "Professional Education, Science and Innovations in the 21st Century," with the participation of leading educational institutions, schoolchildren, postgraduates, scientists, and practicing experts.
The event's geographic scope is impressive: the "Russian Industrialist" Forum-Exhibition is expected to be attended by 16,000 guests from 20 countries and 80 regions of Russia, including 4,500 participants in the business program. Over 350 journalists from 200 media outlets will cover the Forum-Exhibition.
The 30th International Forum-Exhibition "Russian Industrialist" will serve as an important platform for dialogue between top executives of major enterprises, government representatives, technology companies, financial institutions, the scientific community, small and medium-sized businesses, and international partners. Participants will be able to discuss issues of production modernization, innovation implementation, personnel training, import substitution, and increasing global competitiveness, as well as exchange best practices and find partners, suppliers, and investors.
