The II Forum of Security Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Complex, "Security of the fuel and energy complex" (Bezopasnost TEK), will be held on March 25–26, 2027, at VDNKh (Pavilion No. 20) in Moscow.
Purpose of the event: The purpose of the event is to demonstrate new technologies and equipment to representatives of oil, gas, and energy industry companies, as well as to the procurement and contracting departments of federal and regional government authorities. The showcased solutions are designed to ensure comprehensive protection of facilities from external threats, organize on-site security and industrial safety, and establish a sustainable and secure digital security perimeter.
Specialists from security and fire protection services, information technology units, communications and liaison services, digitalization and automation departments of parent companies and regional branches of fuel and energy sector organizations are invited to participate as experts in the FUEL AND ENERGY SECURITY FORUM. This includes, but is not limited to, PJSC Gazprom, PJSC Gazprom Neft, PJSC Inter RAO, PJSC LUKOIL, PJSC Rosneft, PJSC Rosseti, PJSC RusHydro, PJSC SIBUR Holding, JSC Transneft, State Corporation ROSATOM, as well as representatives of federal and regional divisions of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM), the National Guard (Rosgvardiya), the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD), Roskomnadzor, Rostechnadzor, FSTEC of Russia, the FSB, research organizations, industry development institutions, and industry associations.

The FUEL AND ENERGY SECURITY‑2026 Forum was attended by over 2,500 specialists from relevant committees of the State Duma and the Federation Council, the Office of the President of the Russian Federation for State Policy in the Defense Industry, the National Anti‑Terrorism Committee of the FSB, Rostechnadzor, State Corporations Rosatom and Rostec, more than 50 fuel and energy sector organizations including PJSC Gazprom, PJSC Gazprom Neft, PJSC Lukoil, PJSC Transneft, PJSC RussNeft, JSC Grid Company, JSC SO UES, PJSC Rosseti, PJSC RusHydro, PJSC Tatneft, PJSC NOVATEK, PJSC SIBUR Holding, PJSC Norilsk Nickel, as well as PJSC Sberbank, VTB Bank and JSC Russian Railways, and over 120 delegations from federal and regional divisions of the Ministry of Defense, EMERCOM, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard, the Federal Protection Service (FSO), and regional anti‑terrorism commissions from 57 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
