Dear colleagues,
We invite you to publish in a thematic volume dedicated to the achievements of fundamental and applied research in the field of environmental safety and sustainable development: recycling of mining waste and restoration of disturbed lands. The issue covers a wide range of research topics devoted to modern technologies for integrating waste into the production of secondary resources and the restoration of the areas disturbed by economic activity.
The journal accepts original research articles in the following areas:
- Use of waste from mineral extraction and processing plants in wastewater and exhaust gas treatment
- Involvement of waste in the remediation of disturbed lands
- Use of waste from mineral extraction and processing plants in the construction industry
- Other uses of waste from mineral extraction and processing plants
- Life cycle assessment of products derived from waste from mineral extraction and processing plants
- New approaches to restoring areas disturbed by mining activities
