Within the state contract No. 14.597.11.0035, concluded between the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and NPP "NEICON", a set of measures will be prepared and implemented in order to develop Russian scientific journals, improve the quality of paper materials, include them in international databases, etc.
Events will be held throughout 2018, according to the results of which the best journals will be included in the top-70 and will continue their development in 2019.
