Экономический кризис, в котором находится Российская Федерация, за­тронул все отрасли народного хозяйства. Наиболее характерно негативные явления экономики переходного периода последних лет проявились в капи­тальном строительстве.

The economic crisis, in which the Russian Federation is in, has affected all sectors of the national economy. The most characteristically negative phenomena of the economy of the transition period of recent years manifested themselves in capital construction.
