Выполнен анализ перспектив объединения, выявлены сильные и слабые стороны в развитии предприятия. Особое внимание уделено вопросам износа основных фондов: по результатам проведенного анализа предлагается схема приоритетности замены оборудования между рудоуправлениями. Разработана стратегия развития предприятия. Найдены пути поддержания рентабельной работы объединения с сохранением экспортного потенциала предприятия и достигнутого объема выпуска высококачественных калийных удобрений в необходимом ассортименте.
An analysis of the prospects of the association was carried out, strengths and weaknesses in the development of the enterprise were identified. Particular attention is paid to the depreciation of fixed assets: based on the results of the analysis a scheme of priority replacement of equipment between ore departments is proposed. The development strategy of the enterprise is worked out. Ways of maintaining profitable work of the association with preservation of export potential of the enterprise and achieved volume of production of high-quality potash fertilizers in the necessary assortment were found.
