Магистральные газо-нефтепроводы, являясь связующим звеном районов добычи нефти и газа с районами их переработки и потребления, относятся к категории исключительно ответственных инженерных сооружений, при их сооружении сварка является важнейшей операцией, во многом определяющей эксплуатационную надежность.

Trunk gas and oil pipelines, being a link between oil and gas production areas and the areas of their processing and consumption, belong to the category of exceptionally critical engineering structures, during their construction welding is the most important operation, largely determining the operational reliability.
