Рассмотрены основные моменты создания компьютерной программы для расчета основных параметров алмазного породоразрушающего инструмента. Создание компьютерной программы позволяет при проектировании алмазного бурового инструмента рассмотреть практически все возможные варианты конструкции и все многообразие горно-геологических условий ведения работ. При традиционном проектировании конструктор на этапе проектирования имеет возможность рассмотреть только два-три варианта конструкции. Это не позволяет создать инструмент оптимально-подходящий для условий проведения работ. Решение этой проблемы и создание эффективного алмазного бурового инструмента возможно только с использованием компьютерного проектирования.

The main points of creating a computer program for calculating the main parameters of diamond cutting tools are considered. Creation of the computer program makes it possible to consider practically all possible construction variants and all the variety of mining and geological conditions when designing a diamond drilling tool. With traditional design the tool designer has an opportunity to consider only two or three design versions at the design stage. This does not allow creating a tool optimally suited to the conditions of the work. It is possible to solve this problem and create an effective diamond drilling tool only with the help of computer-aided design.
