Оратор достигает большого эффекта, меняя темп, силу, высоту своего голоса в зависимости от содержания речи, то есть избегая монотонности. Выступающий с речью должен обладать хорошей дикцией, уделять большое внимание паузам и уметь голосом выражать те чувства, переживания, которые соответствуют содержанию речи.
