Подготовка медицинского работника – процесс сложный, требующий учета множества факторов. Немаловажной частью профессионального становления медика представляется речевая подготовка, которой в системе среднего специального образования сегодня уделяется недостаточное внимание. Цель курса риторики в медицинском колледже – повысить уровень коммуникативной компетенции студентов, как в повседневном, так и в профессиональном общении. Курс имеет практическую направленность, в его рамках предлагается сформировать у учащихся следующие речевые ориентиры: понимание различий возможных речевых ситуаций; умение строить речь с учетом того, что, с какой целью, где и когда говорится; грамотно в речевом отношении оформлять устные или письменные тексты; умение вступать в эмоциональный контакт с собеседником и поддерживать этот контакт с помощью речевых средств.

Speech training is an important part of the professional development of a medical professional, which is given insufficient attention in the system of secondary specialized education today. The aim of the course of rhetoric in medical college is to increase the level of communicative competence of students, both in everyday and professional communication. The course has a practical orientation, within its framework it is proposed to form the following speech guidelines in students: understanding of the differences of possible speech situations; the ability to build a speech taking into account what, for what purpose, where and when it is said; to design oral or written texts competently in speech; the ability to enter into emotional contact with the interlocutor and maintain this contact with the help of speech means.
