Сегодняшний человек обречен на то, чтобы пройти всю историю религии, начиная с магии, оккультизма и шаманизма. Перед этим выбором стоит не только дилетант, но и ученый. Трудно сказать, что может подвигнуть человека к мыслительному подвигу – здравый смысл или нормальная человеческая физиология, но однажды, вослед за Осипом Мандельштамом «герой нашего времени» скажет: «Я христианства пью холодный горный воздух».
