Разграничение государственной собственности на землю как процесс отнесения земельных участков к собственности Российской Федерации, ее субъектов или муниципальных образований является актуальным вопросом земельной политики, поскольку с ним связано перераспределение земельных платежей между субъектами земельных отношений. Рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с реализацией данного процесса, а также предлагаются пути их решения.

The delimitation of state ownership of land as a process of attributing land plots to the ownership of the Russian Federation, its constituent entities or municipalities is a topical issue of land policy, since it is associated with the redistribution of land payments between the subjects of land relations. The problems associated with the realization of this process are considered, and the ways of their solution are proposed.
