        <p>Рассматриваются вырабатываемые микроорганизмами биологические поверхностно-активные вещества, которые благодаря своим физическим и химическим свойствам значительно снижают поверхностное и интерфациальное натяжение как водных растворов, так и углеводородных смесей.</p>

        <p>The article studies biosurfactants synthesized by microorganisms, which due to their physicochemical properties significantly reduce surface and interfacial tension both in aqueous solutions and in hydrocarbon mixtures.</p>
