Рассматриваются изменения в функциях отдела кадров в рамках компании. Предложе-на классификация компаний в соответствии с их размером и структурой, описаны основныехарактеристики отделов кадров компаний, а также рассмотрены основные функции совре-менного отдела кадров.

The article studies the functional changes of HR departments in companies. Companies are classified by size and structure, general characterization of the respective HR departments is given, as well as the main functions of modern HR departments.
