При обучении деловому общению как одному из компонентов профессиональной подготовки студентов возникают определенные трудности, связанные с соблюдением норм литературного языка. Рассмотрены типичные ошибки, которые встречаются в устной и письменной речи. Для их классификации условно выделены следующие блоки: 1) нарушение орфоэпических норм; 2) нарушение лексических норм; 3) нарушение грамматических норм. Предложены контрольные задания.

When teaching business communication as one of the components of training students in the professional area certain difficulties emerge that are connected with the observance of the standards of the literary language. They are considered typical mistakes, which jccur in spoken and written speech. The following blocks are conditionally chosen for their classification: 1) the deviance of оrthoepic standards; 2) The deviance of the lexical standards; 3) The deviance of the grammatical standards.
