Описано моделирование подсистем управления концентрацией глинозема в алюминиевом электролизере с обожженными анодами. На основе математического обеспечения выполнена модель электролизера и подсистем управления в пакете MatLab ® 6.5 c использованием инструмента визуального моделирования Simulink и диаграмм состояний и переходов StateFlow. Модель показывает, как изменяются во времени основные показатели процесса: межполюсное расстояние, концентрации глинозема и фтористого алюминия в расплаве, температура расплава, приведенное напряжение на электролизере.

The modelling of control segment of concentration aluminum oxidee in aluminium electrolysis cells with baked anodes are described in this article. The base of research is the model development of the installation. The modelling is executed in software package MatLab ® 6.5 with using visual design program Simulink and structural diagrams of conditions and transitions StateFlow. Figures of aluminum oxide concentration, fluoride salts concentration, temrerature of process, expect voltage are results of this work.
