Тангенциальные поворотные резцы в большинстве случаев выходят из строя вследствие поломки армировки, оголенной при износе державки. Предложен способ диагностирования резцов, заключающийся в контроле длины оголенной части твердосплавного стержня в целях своевременной замены износившихся резцов и недопущения работы машины в нежелательных режимах.

In this connection, was offered a way of cutters diagnostication, concluding in checking length of the bare part of hardalloyed rod in purpose of the well-timed change of weared out cutters and non-admission working machine in undesirable for itself conditions
