Рассмотрена проблема энергетической безопасности стран в части достижения энергоэффективности и энергосбережения, а также меры государственного аппарата, направленные на выполнение поставленных задач.

The article discusses the problem of energy security of countries in terms of achieving efficiency and energy saving, as well as measures of the state apparatus aimed at fulfilling the tasks.
