Статья посвящена изучению дискурса полемики на современном российском телевидении. Ситуация спора, представленная в виде сценария, является универсальной для большинства европейских культур, тогда как языковое наполнение данного сценария национально специфично. Языковое поведение носителей русской культуры на телевидении в ситуации полемики отличается категоричностью и экспрессией, разнообразием речевых стратегий и тактик.

The paper presents the analysis of the controversial discourse at the modern Russian television. The conflict situation described as a script is universal for most European cultures while the linguistics filling of this script depicts the national specific. The linguistic behavior of Russians in conflict situation is strict and emotional, with various speech strategies and tactics.
