Рассмотрена проблема перехода от земельных долей к фактическим земельным участкам. Определены основные принципы проведения подобных преобразований и круг первоочередных задач. Разработана система мероприятий для осуществления перехода от земельных долей к земельным участкам.

In given article the problem of transition from land shares to land plots is considered. Main principles of carrying out of similar transformations and priorities are defined. The system of actions for realization of transition from land shares to land plots is developed.
