Проанализированы методики кадастровой оценки земель населенных пунктов на предмет учета в них инженерно-геологических факторов. Исследовано влияние зон геодинамически активных разломов на коммуникации и объекты недвижимости. Сделан вывод о необходимости учета данного фактора при кадастровой оценке земель населенных пунктов.

In the article engineering-geological factors that is used now in cadastral estimation of the settlements earths are analized. The influence exerted by the zone of geodynamically active fractures on communications and real estate is investigated. The conclusion is drawn about the necessity of account of the given factor at a cadastral estimation of the settlements earths.
